工程項目管理是公司受業主的委托,作為業主代表對工程建設進行專業化的管理服務,根據業主需要可以為業主提供工程前期策劃、報批、報建、招投標控制以及工程及設備材料采購管理、工程施工階段管理服務,并對所承擔任務完成的成果負責。
工程前期服務:
配合報批、報建進行設計協調、配合施工招標、辦理臨時設施及施工許可證申請等手續。
工程采購服務:
產品詢價、設備材料采買、催交、檢驗、運輸及倉庫管理。
工程施工管理服務:
工序管理、進度管理、質量管理、技術管理、安全管理、環境管理、溝通協調管理、設備材料管理、成本費用管理、風險管理、信息管理、收尾管理。
